Last updated April 2026. By accessing or using the Pink Spec Branding website, you agree to these terms and the applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you should not use the site.
Website use licence
Permission is granted to temporarily view the website materials for personal, non-commercial use. This is a licence rather than a transfer of ownership. Materials may not be modified, copied for commercial display, reverse engineered, stripped of proprietary notices, transferred to another person or mirrored on another server without permission.
Branding and orders
Orders for branded products are subject to artwork approval. Pink Spec Branding is not responsible for errors in final products where the customer approved the relevant digital mock-up or proof.
Setup fees and branding costs depend on quantity and artwork complexity. Final quotes are valid for seven days unless the quote states otherwise. Product availability, supplier pricing and production timing may change before an order is confirmed.
Disclaimer and governing law
Website materials are provided on an 'as is' basis without warranties beyond those required by law. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa and disputes are subject to the appropriate South African courts.
